🎮 3. Electronics & Gadgets Policy
For tech products such as AirPods, chargers, power banks, smartwatches, and gaming consoles:
- All items are tested before dispatch
- Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty on arrival
- No return will be accepted for usage-related issues or misunderstanding of features
🎥 4. Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim any return or refund:
- A clear unboxing video without pause or cut is mandatory
- Video must show the parcel being opened and issue clearly visible
Without video proof, claims will not be entertained.

- If replacement is not available, a store credit or alternative item may be provided
🚚 6. Delivery Refusal & COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Customers are requested to accept parcels after confirming order intent
- Repeated order refusals may lead to order blocking for future purchases
